Chapter 31

All forms should be typed (Cert Form (VSC) must be typed), signed and presented to the Veteran Services office before they will be processed (all faxed forms must be typed).

Please note that all documents that are identified as PDF (Portable Document Format) require the Adobe Reader plug-in to view. If your computer does not have this software it will not be able to open these files. It is recommended that you download the latest version at http://www.adobe.com.
